Rock solid service, sensible defaults, good options.

Rock solid connection, offers either CGNAT or static IP, offers adblocking and privacy tools

None

I've never had need to call their service line, as everything has worked.
Neptune offers sensible privacy-first defaults (CGNAT, DHCP, ...), but let you opt in for manual router setup/static ip, and even DNS-level adblocking with a good choice of blocklists right from their web ui.
A bit dissapointed in this survey - Neptune had activated my service within 15 minutes of registering, but you don't let me pick anything below 1 week.

Good value, free adblock and vpn

Low price without having to constantly churn. Great control panel. Adblock DNS is great. So is the free VPN. Can switch speeds up and down and youre billed prorata. Speeds are good, stable service

Not the absolute cheapest

Their philosophy isn’t to offer the absolute cheapest intro deal and hope that you don’t switch away. Instead they offer a reasonable price and good service so that you continue with them. So far the service has been stable. The bonus adblock DNS and two free VPNs are things I don’t have to pay for, so that’s and additional saving.

I also like that they offer more insight into my connection setup on their user control panel. Saves me having to contact them to make changes.

Fantastic smaller telco with a self service portal which isnt seen outside enterprise plans

ISP for techies, fair prices, Australian support

None so far

Technical self-service features are excellent. I can perform basic diagnostics, change speeds, and even secure my network with VPNs or DNS filtering. These are features I have never seen on residential plans. The speed and reliability have been consistently good.
